Day 1 – Cochin to Munnar
- Pick up from Cochin and proceed to Munnar (approx. 130 km / 4–5 hours).
- Visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, admire the lush tea plantations and explore a spice garden.
- Arrive in Munnar by afternoon and check into your hotel.
- Evening free to relax and enjoy the cool hill climate.
Note:
- Start early from Cochin to comfortably reach Munnar before sunset.
- Carry light woolens as the evenings in Munnar can get chilly.
Day 2 – Munnar to Alleppey Houseboat
- Munnar to Alleppey drive will take a minimum of 5 hrs, and hence suggest leaving at 8 am to reach Alleppey by Noon.
- Enjoy the backwaters, scenery, and village life for 21hrs in Kerala Style House boats from noon.
- Houseboat will be stopped for lunch for 1hrs with the cruise till 5:30 pm.
- The boat will be anchored till the next day morning,with a 1-hour cruise in the morning for check out at 9 am.
Note:
- There are different categories of houseboats available like Deluxe, Premium, and Luxury, where Deluxe is the basic boat.
- In the houseboat, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, tea, snacks, mineral water, lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
Day 3 – Alleppey to Cochin drop
- Visit Alleppey beach and drop at Cochin.
- Subject to availability of time, Cochin sightseeing covering fort Cochin, the Navy Museum, St Francis Church, the Chinese Fishing Net, Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, Mattanchery Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Marine Drive, Marine Walkway, boating, Tripunithura Hill Palace.
- If interested, can go for a shopping at Cochin.
- Our representative will drop you at Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and will extend necessary support required there.
Note:
- Hill Palace: 9 AM – 5 PM, closed on Mondays.
- The Dutch palace is closed on Fridays.
- Synagogue: 10 AM – 1 PM & 3 – 5 PM, closed Fri–Sat.
